For non-technical builders. Entrepreneurs, creatives, and educators using AI to turn ideas into working tools and automations. You bring the ideas, and AI handles the technical side.

Your Idea
“Build a custom CRM dashboard for my real estate leads.”
Non-technical people can now build software that used to require hiring a developer. The way in is getting in the game: a room of people like you, a step or two ahead, building things and showing how they did it.
You bring what you're working on, or what's stuck, and together we find your next step. Some of this is genuinely hard and takes a few rounds to get right.
We get something working first, then keep shaping it until it's yours: reliable, and worth the time you put in.
Each monthly session has a steady shape. You get something working in the room, then spend the month making it solid enough to lean on.
A quick rundown of what changed in AI recently, filtered for what changes how you work.
Submit questions ahead of time. We work through them together, live.
Talk about what you tried and what you learned along the way. It all counts as progress.
You'll leave with one specific thing to build before next month.
What you can build here
Start with whatever would save you the most time, or the tool you've wished existed. A few examples to spark ideas:
Describe what you want in plain words and we'll get a first version working, then improve it month by month.
Hear from members who are building with AI.

“Tom is the perfect teacher for this. He is a masterful tutor, meeting you at your level and mindfully guiding you to grow. He knows AI inside and out and is constantly learning. Working with Tom has given me such solid foundations on AI that I feel like I can keep up with any conversation in the space and even teach those around me. I have also learned a whole new way of thinking, one that affects my daily life and workflow. I feel significantly more empowered, creative, and productive. Thank you Tom!!!”

Three steps that repeat every month.
Log into the portal and share a question, a recent win, or what you're building. Members vote on topics.
We meet for 90 minutes on Zoom. If you can't make it, you can still submit a question. After the session, the replay and reviewed debrief are added to the portal after they're checked.
You'll leave with one thing to work on. The portal keeps session replays, submissions, and progress organized so you can pick up right where you left off.
You're a business owner, creative, or educator who can feel what AI could do for you, and you'd rather have a clear path than another rabbit hole.
You've always had builder energy, and now the tools exist to turn those ideas into working systems.
You've had ideas sitting around for a while: a workflow that would save you hours, a tool you wish existed, something you've been meaning to finally build.
The common thread:
You're ready to finally turn one of those ideas into something real, somewhere low-pressure and grounded.
A monthly session where you walk away with something you can use.
You've explored tutorials and bookmarked tools, and you're ready to sit down and build, with people around you and someone to help when you get stuck.
For people ready to get in the game and build.
AI Mastermind includes recorded group sessions. We'll ask everyone to confirm before each live call begins. You're welcome to keep your camera and mic off and take part through chat. Payments renew monthly. By continuing to Stripe, you agree to the Terms and acknowledge the recording, AI use, and community notice. See the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Level Up Your AI Skills
Thomas Meli has spent 10 years running a tutoring business and 8 years as a software developer. He's been immersed in AI since AlphaGo captured his imagination in 2016.
After ranking in the Top 1% on the Kaggle machine learning platform, he dove deep into the applied side of AI, focusing on what these tools can build for everyday businesses.
As the founder of Deep Test Prep, he knows what it means to juggle lesson planning, student progress, and billing while trying to do your best work. For the past two years, he's been helping entrepreneurs and creatives build with AI through his consulting practice and AI Mastermind group.
Not at all. This is built for non-technical builders. We use AI tools that let you describe what you want in everyday language, then turn it into something you can test and improve. You don't need to "be technical." You just need to know what you want the tool to do. We'll guide the build step by step.
All kinds: automating client onboarding, building personal dashboards, creating AI assistants trained on your own content. Sometimes we work through exercises together to build a new skill, and even those are always personalized so you walk away with something useful for your world.
No worries at all. Live sessions are recorded and transcribed so members can catch up afterward. You can submit a question in advance, join with your camera and mic off and take part through chat, or use the replay whenever it works for you.
Of course. It's month-to-month through Stripe, one click from the billing portal whenever you need.
Usually somewhere between 8 and 25. Small enough that you can ask a question and get individual attention. If the group gets bigger than that, we'll split into smaller cohorts so nobody gets lost.
That's totally normal. A lot of people start that way. We'll help you find something that fits your work. Sometimes the best project idea comes from watching someone else build theirs. You see a client onboarding flow and think, 'I could do something like that for my invoicing.'
You'll want at least one paid subscription, something like ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro. Free tiers work for experimenting, and the paid versions are noticeably better for the kind of work we do here.
We lean toward building. You'll pick up concepts as they come up, but the goal is always to leave with something that works.
