Terms of Service

These terms cover the monthly AI Mastermind membership, the live group, the member site, recordings and recaps, and the responsibilities that keep the room useful and safe.

Your agreement with Thomas Meli

AI Mastermind is operated by Thomas Meli. By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy, Recording, AI Use & Community Notice, the Refund Policy, and the Cancellation Policy.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If someone else buys the membership for you, both the purchaser and the participating member are responsible for following these terms.

Monthly membership and billing

The price and billing cadence shown at Stripe checkout apply to your purchase. A paid membership renews each month until canceled. Stripe handles payment details, receipts, renewal, and the customer billing portal.

Your account is for one person unless Thomas agrees to another arrangement in writing. Keep the login secure and contact Thomas if you believe someone else has used it.

Cancellation stops future renewals and follows the separate Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility follows the separate Refund Policy.

Care for the shared room

Treat other members with respect. Harassment, threats, spam, discrimination, deliberate disruption, impersonation, scraping member information, and unlawful activity are prohibited.

Keep session recordings, transcripts, portal posts, screenshots, and other members' personal or business information inside the Mastermind. Do not share another person's confidential information, client material, or intellectual property unless you have permission.

You are responsible for removing passwords, credentials, financial account details, health information, and private client records before sharing a screen, file, post, or prompt with the group.

Your posts, examples, and session contributions

You keep ownership of the work and original material you bring to the Mastermind. You give Thomas a limited permission to display it to members, discuss it during the program, and include the contribution in private member recordings, summaries, debriefs, and recap emails. That permission lasts only as needed to operate and preserve the member program.

You confirm that you have the right to share what you contribute. Public promotion, testimonials, and public case studies require separate permission.

Mastermind materials

Thomas owns or has permission to use the lessons, prompts, frameworks, presentations, debriefs, site design, and other program materials. Your membership gives you a personal, limited right to use them for your own work and inside your own team.

You may not republish, sell, license, upload, or distribute the member archive, recordings, transcripts, debriefs, or other program materials as a competing library, course, product, dataset, or service without written permission.

Education, AI tools, and your decisions

AI Mastermind provides education, demonstrations, feedback, and a place to build. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional advice for your particular situation.

AI tools can produce incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or outdated work. You are responsible for reviewing what you build and for deciding whether it is lawful, accurate, secure, and appropriate for the people affected by it.

Specific business, income, productivity, or technical results are never guaranteed.

Sessions, features, and availability

Thomas may adjust session dates, topics, tools, member features, or the format of the program. He will use reasonable care to preserve the paid service and give active members notice when a material change affects them.

Third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Zoom, Fathom, Vercel, Resend, Pusher, and AI providers can change or experience downtime outside Thomas's control.

When access can be restricted

Thomas may restrict or end access when a member materially harms the group, violates these terms, shares protected member material, creates a security risk, uses the service unlawfully, or leaves an amount unpaid after a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem.

When the situation allows, Thomas will explain the concern and offer a chance to fix it before ending access. Serious safety, privacy, security, or legal risks may require immediate action.

Limits and rights that still apply

Thomas will use reasonable care to provide the program described at purchase. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Thomas is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the program, member contributions, third-party services, or AI-generated work.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Thomas's total responsibility for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for AI Mastermind during the twelve months before the event connected to the claim. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right, remedy, or responsibility that the law does not allow the parties to remove.

North Carolina law and changes

These terms are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any consumer protection that must apply where you live.

If these terms change in a way that materially affects an active paid membership, Thomas will provide notice on the site or by email before the new terms apply when practical.
